Red wine can help reduce the risk of depression(Hits:)
Britain's new one "BMC Medicine" magazine recently published Spanish researchers reported that they were seven years time, follow-up survey of more than 5,500 volunteers, drinking, diet, smoking habits, and mental health. These respondents aged 55 years to 80 years in between the beginning of the investigation there was no history of depressive illness. Comprehensive analysis of various factors, the researchers concluded that daily intake of alcohol, 5-15 g of the crowd the lowest risk of suffering from depression.
Further analysis showed that a moderate intake of alcohol in the crowd, drinking 2-7 times a week for wine effect of reducing this risk is most obvious. However, this study once again shows that excessive drinkers tend to have a higher risk of depression.
The researchers explained that red wine contains resveratrol and some other phenolic compounds, such substances on specific parts of the brain can play a very good protection.
